The cracks were cut out, with a diamond blade. A Waterproofing material applied; then a waterproofing cement filling the cracks; finally a membrane of Waterproofing Material. The surface is now 12,000 P.S.I.

The crack was cleaned out and filled with a Waterproofing Material. Then the surface was skimmed coated with Waterproof Cement. And a topographical Membrane of the Waterproofing Material applied. This area is completely free of water and vapor infiltration .

This house was situated on a high water table and waterfront. Water infiltrated the floor any time it rained.
The cracks were exposed, sealed with a Custom Hydrolic Concrete, and covered with a 12,000 P.S.I. Waterproofing and Vapor Barrier Membrane. Further, steel was used that was bonded to the existing floor.
The Galvanized steel was covered with the 12,000 P.S.I. membrane; Then a custom Concrete and Acrylic mix was used as added protection against water infiltration and Hydrolic pressure.
This floor is now done, and there is absolutely no water infiltration.
